बुधवार (09 अगस्त) को मणिपुर के चंदेल में भूकंप आया। नेशनल सेंटर फॉर सीस्मोलॉजी के अनुसार, रिक्टर स्केल पर भूकंप की तीव्रता 4.0 मापी गई। नेशनल सेंटर फॉर सीस्मोलॉजी ने बताया कि भूकंप की गहराई 61 किलोमीटर थी। नेशनल सेंटर फॉर सीस्मोलॉजी के मुताबिक, दोपहर करीब 01 बजकर 23 मिनट पर भूकंप के झटके लगे। नेशनल सेंटर फॉर सीस्मोलॉजी के अनुसार भूकंप का एपिसेंटर 23.97 लैटिट्यूड और 94.05 लोंगिट्यूड था।
