According to media source,Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari today said that 400 pumps of ethanol bio-fuel are being established across the country. He was speaking at the BioEnergy Summit 2024 organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry in New Delhi today. Addressing the gathering, the minister highlighted that the government intends to launch flex-engine vehicles by three different automobile brands.
As per media reports,The Minister further emphasized the need for waste segregation for their conversion into biofuels like CNG, Ethanol, and Methane among others. He asserted that biofuel is economically viable in the country.
