According to the media sources, Indian Air Force Deputy Chief Air Marshal Ashutosh Dixit visited key facilities at Bharat Electronics Limited, Ghaziabad on Thursday. He complimented the BEL team for successful commissioning of indigenously developed, state of art ‘Integrated Air Command and Control System (IACCS)’ at chosen locations. As per the information, Air Marshal Dixit highlighted importance of indigenous efforts in strategic projects like IACCS and urged BEL personnel to strive hard for achieving timelines for commissioning the other Nodes that are part of this strategic project. BEL— a defence PSU is working on several indigenous projects including radars, missiles and bombs for supporting IAF operations.
