According to media sources, Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal today welcomed the Union Budget 2025 saying that 22 lakh more jobs can be created directly and indirectly in the leather and footwear sector.
Talking to the media, Mr. Goyal said that no income tax up to 12 lakhs make the budget a holistic one, which impacts the middle class. He added that this budget is for preparing the foundation for Viksit Bharat 2047.
