According to media sources, In Bangladesh, the dengue situation has taken a grave turn, with the death toll crossing 200 since the beginning of this year. Health authorities report that hospitals across Dhaka and other major cities are struggling to cope with the steady rise in patients.
According to the Directorate General of Health Services, tens of thousands of dengue cases have been recorded nationwide, with the majority reported from the capital Dhaka.
