According to media sources, Speaking at the Residential Meet of ICAI Members in Public Service in Goa today, Prasar Bharati Chairman Dr. Navneet Kumar Sehgal said that India’s growing economy is earning new respect across the world.
Dr. Sehgal noted that India, one of the largest economies globally, continues to grow at a strong pace of around 6.8 to 7 percent – a rate unmatched by any other major economy. He added that global perceptions about India are changing rapidly, and people abroad now look at the country with greater admiration and respect.
The interactive meet, held at Novotel Goa Resort, focused on “Chartered Accountants’ Role in Realising the Vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.”
