Mumbai: On 16th May, 2023, REC formerly Rural Electrification Corporation signed a Loan Agreement with Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) Tunnels Limited at Mumbai. REC extending financial assistance to MSRDC Tunnels Limited to an extent of Rs. 17,500 Cr. for Mumbai – Pune Expressway project through Cash Flow Securitization. The Loan Agreement was signed by Vivek Kumar Dewangan, IAS, CMD, REC Limited and R. Mopalwar, IAS, Managing Director, MSRDC Limited.
