Today, Union cabinet minister of Ayush and Ports, Shipping & Waterways Sarbananda Sonwal inaugurated the two-day National Ayush Mission Conclave in presence of chief guest Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister of Health & Family Welfare.
Union Minister Sarbananda Sonwal Tweeted, “The National Ayush Mission (NAM) is building a self-reliant Ayush ecosystem which is bringing good health to the doorsteps of citizens. Glad to inugurate the NAM Conclave at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi in presence of Hon’ble Health Minister Shri Mansukh Mandaviya ji, Union MoS Shri Dr Mahendra Munjpara ji, Health Ministers from various states, officials and stakeholders of Ayush.”
In another tweet, Union Minister Sarbananda Sonwal said, “Led by the dynamic vision of Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi ji, Ayush is witnessing a global rise. The manufacturing industry in Ayush has grown 6 times in 7 years from US $2.85 billion in 2014 to US $18.1billion in 2020. The current market size is projected to be $23.3 billion. We are committed to translate this The widespread adoption of Ayush into the public health side too.”
