On 20th May 2023, Director (Marketing) of IndianOil twitted “Had a productive virtual interaction with our Engineering heads across the country. Discussed CAPEX targets and emphasised the need to maintain benchmark SOPs. We are also revamping the look and feel of our petrol pumps to enhance customer service.”
