Gujarat: Today, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) President Subhrakant Panda attended the inaugural session of the G20 Empower Summit in Gandhinagar. Chief Minister of Gujarat Bhupendra Patel, Union Minister for Women and Child Development and Minority Affairs Smriti Irani, MoS for Woman and Child Development Dr Munjapara, CEO of NITI Aayog BVR Subhrahmanyan, Dr. Sangita Reddy and others were present on this occasion.
In a later session, FICCI President Subhrakant Panda spoke about women redefining leadership. He said what is needed to bring about gender parity in the corporate sector and elsewhere is an inclusive mindset and not just inclusive policies.
