Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma, said “We are planning to construct a 32 km flyover with an elevated corridor. Very soon we can implement this project in a real sense. Along with that, we have undertaken another big project to construct a tunnel of Rs 4,000 crores under the Brahmaputra River connecting Kamar gaon in Golaghat district to Gohpur”
