1st India-Samoa Foreign Ministry Consultations were held in Apia. Secretary (East) in the Ministry of External Affairs Saurabh Kumar and Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Samoa Peseta Noumea Simi co-chaired the meeting.
Today in a post on social media platform ‘X’ (Formerly Twitter), Official Spokesperson of Ministry of External Affairs Arindam Bagchi said, “1st India-Samoa Foreign Ministry Consultations were held in Apia. Co-chaired by Secy (East) Saurabh Kumar and Ms. Peseta Noumea Simi, CEO, MFAT. Discussed development partnership including in areas of ICT, health, SME and capacity building and followed up on FIPIC III Summit announcements. Also exchanged views on regional & global issues, and cooperation in the framework of PIF, Commonwealth and UN. Secy (East) Saurabh Kumar also called on Hon’ble PM Fiame Mata’afa.”
