Meghalaya: According to Media Sources, The 14th edition of Joint Military Exercise Vajra Prahar between India and USA commenced with the opening ceremony in Umroi, today. The US contingent is represented by personnel from the 1st Special Forces Group (SFG) of US Special Forces. The Indian Army contingent is led by Special Forces personnel from the Eastern Command. As per Media Sources, the exercise aims to strengthen interoperability between the two Armies, sharing tactical drills, training on special operations and promoting best practices.
