Punjab: according to the media sources, Police Commissioner, Ludhiana, Kuldeep Singh Chahal informed that “Ludhiana Police has killed a criminal in an encounter on Kohda Machhiwada Road. While three accused have been arrested by the police. During this firing, an ASI of the police was also injured and was shot in his thigh. While a police officer survived because he was wearing a bulletproof jacket.”
He also said that “These miscreants were wanted in about two dozen robberies and other criminal incidents.”
