National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), an agency of the U.S. federal government twitted “A year ago today, Artemis I blasted off for the Moon. The next time we see @NASA_SLS rocket launch pics like these, there will be astronauts aboard.”

NASA’s Artemis II mission will be crewed mission. Four Astronauts will venture around the Moon on Artemis II, the first crewed mission on NASA’s path to establishing a long-term presence at the moon for science and exploration through Arthemis. The 10 day flight will test NASA’s foundational human deep science exploration capabilities, the SLS rocket, Orien Spacecraft, for the first time with astronauts.
