According to Media Sources, Anshuman Gaur, presently serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to Hungary. Gaur is an Indian Foreign Service Officer of the 2001 batch. He is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
As Per Media Sources, In a statement, the MEA stated, “Shri Anshuman Gaur (IFS: 2001), presently Joint Secretary in the Ministry, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Hungary.” “He is expected to take up the assignment shortly,” it added.
