Assam: According to Media Sources, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma laid the foundation stone of the Bongshar Mini Stadium at Bongshar in Kamrup district on Sunday.
As Per Media Sources, to be built at a cost of ₹12cr, the stadium will be spread over 11 bighas of land and will have a 500-seater gallery, football ground, Volleyball court, high mast light, among other facilities.
According to Media Sources, at the same venue, the Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma also felicitated students belonging to the Jalukbari Legislative Assembly Constituency who had secured first division in the last 10th and 12th standard board examinations.
