Today, Official Twitter account of Border Roads Organisation (B.R.O) tweeted, “Two civilians stuck at Shinkunla top (16580 feet) for three days were rescued by Border Roads Organisation Karmyogis of Project Yojak after a daring rescue operation amid heavy snowfall and through deep snow that had accumulated on the road leading upto the pass. The Pass had become inaccessible due to the prevalent snow conditions and due to incessant efforts spanning over two days, two civilians were safely evacuated and escorted to Border Roads Organisation Detachment at Kurgiagh. Jai Hind! Jai BRO!!”
