Chennai: The Indian government-owned oil and gas explorer, producer Bharat Petroleum (BPCL) refuelled cargo Airbus Beluga at Chennai, twice within a week recently, when it landed for technical halt en-route Singapore and return.

The whale looks like Airbus Beluga is a version of the standard A300-600 wide-body airliner modified to carry aircraft parts and outsize cargo.

With a fleet of only 5 such aircraft, this aircraft is used to carry aircraft parts and outsize cargo.
