According to media sources, The Central Bureau of Investigation today conducted searches at ten residential and official locations in Rajasthan in a case related to illegal sand mining. During the search operation, incriminating documents were recovered. The CBI had re-registered the case following an order from the Rajasthan High Court. The FIR was registered against a person for transporting sand without any valid permit. The investigation into the case is ongoing.
