Tamil Nadu: According to the media sources, BJP State President Annamalai says, “Relief fund should be raised and the relief amount should be paid directly into people’s bank accounts. An audit needs to be done and it should led by a judge who will tell whether the rainwater drainage works have been done or not. TN Minister KN Nehru said that 98% of the work was completed three months ago. But at present only 42% of the work has been completed. The amount announced by the Chief Minister today has been given from the Central Government Fund (STRF). Even after 7 days of rain, the damage has not subsided.”
