The 1st Pre Budget 2023 meeting was attended by Ministers of State for Finance Shri Pankaj Chaudhary and Dr Bhagwat Kisanrao Karad; Finance Secretary and Secretary Expenditure, Dr T.V. Somanathan; Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Shri Ajay Seth; Secretary, DIPAM, Shri Tuhin Kanta Pandey; Secretary, Department of Revenue, Shri Sanjay Malhotra; Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Shri Vivek Joshi; Chief Economic advisor, Dr Anantha Nageswaran; and Shri Rajiv Mishra, Senior Economic Advisor, Ministry of Finance.
