Gas Authority of India Limited handed over various hygiene items & food items to NGO Sewa Bharti for immediate preventive Hygiene maintenance and relief to flood affected slum dwellers at Delhi on 15th July, 2023 late evening as a part of Swachhta Pakhwada 2023.
In a tweet, Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) said, “As a part of Swachhta Pakhwada 2023, GAIL (India) Limited has handed over various hygiene items like Bathing Soap, Toothpaste, Washing Powder for clothes and utensils, Naphthalene balls, Mosquito coils,and Wipers. Drinking water, and food items like Biscuits, Chana Murmura, Mungfali etc., were also provided to NGO SEWA Bharti for immediate preventive Hygiene maintenance and relief to flood affected slum dwellers at Delhi on 15th July, 2023 late evening. Essential Medicines & Ration material like Pulses, Rice, Atta, Spices, Sugar, Oil, Ghee Oil etc., were also included in the relief package. NGO ‘Sewa Bharti’ volunteers will run campaigns for distributing Hygiene material, Cooked food, and medicines on need basis in flood affected area of Delhi. This contribution is expected to benefit 10000+ beneficiaries.”
