Goa: Today, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant chaired the meeting on Skill Development, Capacity-Building on Apprenticeship Training at Mantralaya. In a tweet, CM Pramod Sawant said, “The Apprenticeship program under the Directorate of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, offers training on Industry Shop floor to candidates along with substantial stipend. The scheme is implemented under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme at the portal http://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
The scheme is playing as a bridge between industries and educational institutions for skilling youth for the jobs and employment generation.”
