Goa: Today, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant inaugurated the Partition Horrors Remembrance Day Exhibition at KTC Bus Stand, Mapusa. CM Pramod Sawant tweeted, “Inaugurated the Partition Horrors Remembrance Day Exhibition at KTC Bus Stand Mapusa, in the presence of Union MoS Shri Shripad Y. Naik, Fisheries Minister Shri Nilkant Halarnkar, Rajya Sabha MP Shri Sadanand Tanavade, Dy. Speaker Shri Joshua Peter De Souza and others.”
CM Sawant said, “The exhibition displays the horrors faced by the people of India due to the partition of India. Let us remember the horrors, pay our respects to the victims and pledge to keep Bharat united, strong and build Viksit Bharat 2047 envisioned by Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Ji.”
