New Delhi: The Board of Directors of Indraprastha Gas Limited has appointed CS (Dr.) Shyam Agrawal as an Additional and Independent Director of the Company w.e.f December 6, 2022.
CS (Dr.) Shyam Agrawal is a PhD (Law), LLM, LLB & FCS. He is a Practicing Company Secretary having experience of more than 15 years and has held the posts of President and Vice-President of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also associated with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICMAI Registered Valuers Organisation, ASSOCHAM etc.
The company in its BSE Filling mentioned that he has no relationship with other Directors and he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any such authority. He is not holding any shares of the Company.
