As per the media reports, on Friday 10th may 2024 , Indian Navy signed an MoU with National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), enabling Navy to be an Awarding body.
As per the reports this will enable Indian Navy Divers to receive appropriate skill certification & national recognition based on their trg & expertise/experience to facilitate absorption in the offshore diving industry.
