Ladakh : 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (BRO) has opened the world’s highest Oxygen Cafe in Umlingla Pass at a height of 19,024 feet. Umling La Pass recently took over Khardung La Pass to become the highest motorable road in the world.
