According to media sources, The voting for Dekho Apna Desh, People’s Choice 2024 is open until 15th of this month. The aim of the nation-wide poll is to engage with citizens to identify most preferred tourist attractions and understand tourist perceptions across five tourism categories which are Spiritual, Cultural Heritage, Nature, Wildlife, Adventure and others. The others category will allow citizens to vote for their personal favourites which will help in discovering unexplored tourist places in the country.
The citizens can access the voting portal from the Ministry of Tourism’s official website. This initiative was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in March this year in Srinagar.
