Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road Transport & Highways has twitted “In Mizoram, we are widening and upgrading the Aizawl-Tuipang section into a 2-lane with paved shoulders on National Highway 54. The total length of the project is 41 Km, which will be built in Package-7. The project aims to facilitate a smooth connection to the capital city from the interior areas of the state. It will boost the local economy by providing all-season connectivity to commuters and goods in rural areas. Under the leadership of PM Modi, we are ensuring fast, hassle-free, and eco-friendly mobility in the Northeast region”.
