According to the media sources, Enforcement Directorate (ED), Mumbai has filed a Prosecution Complaint (PC) before the Special PMLA Court, Mumbai against Lalit Tekchandani and 15 other persons/entities on 15.05.2024 under the provisions of PMLA, 2002. Special PMLA Court, Mumbai took cognizance of the PC on 29th May. Total attachment of properties and cash stand at Rs 156.5 Crore.
