According to the Official Account of Enforcement Directorate (ED), ED seizes assets worth Rs 8 crore in raids at 19 places in Mumbai. ED, Mumbai has conducted search operations on 12.06.2024, under PMLA, 2002 at 19 locations in Mumbai and Pune in the case of “Fairplay” (thefairplay.io) which was involved in illegal broadcasting of cricket/IPL matches and various online betting activities including results of Lok Sabha Elections 2024. During the search operations, various incriminating documents, digital devices, Cash, Bank funds, Demat account holdings and luxury watches to the tune of Rs. 8 Crore (approx.) were seized/frozen.
