According to media sources, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Hereditary Prince Alois of Liechtenstein on the sidelines of India AI Impact Summit 2026, reviewing bilateral cooperation and agreeing to deepen ties in trade, investment, AI, innovation, and skill development leveraging India-EFTA TEPA. PM Modi also met Slovak Republic President Peter Pellegrini to enhance relations in trade, digital tech, defence, space, energy, and culture, welcoming India-EU FTA momentum. With Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, they discussed energy, connectivity, healthcare, and blue economy progress.
According to media reports, PM Modi met Mauritius PM Navinchandra Ramgoolam, reaffirming commitment to enhanced strategic partnership via emerging technologies and Special Economic Package under Vision MAHASAGAR. In talks with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, they exchanged views on UN reforms for Global South voice, inclusive AI, and UN’s role for planetary benefit. PM Modi reiterated India’s support for AI harnessing efforts.
