New Delhi: A day long, Career Counselling-cum-Training Workshop for 195 interested youth residing near NTPC Bongaigaon with an intention of creating employment opportunities was organised jointly by the CSR, CISF Wing of NTPC Bongaigaon, e-VOICE group of Helping Hands and Disha Classes at the CISF barrack of NTPC Bongaigaon.
Shri Karunakar Das, Business Unit Head of NTPC Bongaigaon inaugurated the program in the presence of Shri G.M. Thangzom, Deputy Commandant, CISF, NTPC Bongaigaon, Ms. Kirti Yadav, Asst. Commandant, CISF, Shri Bhaskar Gupta, DGM (HR) and members of the Disha Classes.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Das stressed three qualities required for selecting the youth in various competitive exams-discipline, awareness and dedication. He highlighted the fact that NTPC is providing this unique opportunity to the youth for a better life ahead.
