President Ramnath Kovind on Friday, took off for his state visits to Turkmenistan and Netherlands. This is the first visit by any Indian President to Turkmenistan and his Netherlands visit comes 34 years after President Venkataraman’s tryst with the nation in 1998. President Ramnath Kovind tweeted his schedule on Friday.
