Maharashtra: According to the media sources, Under the 13-day-campaign of ‘Do Dhage Sri Ram Ke Liye’ launched by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra and the Heritage Handweaving Revival Charitable Trust of Pune, the vastra (clothes) for Ayodhya’s Ram Lalla will be weaved with the participation of the people.
As per the media sources, the organiser of the ‘Do Dhage Shri Ram Ke Liye’ Campaign, Anagha Ghaisas said “Every person that comes here weaves 2 threads. One might wonder what would happen with two threads, but when lakhs of people come together and weave two threads each, the cloth that is prepared becomes a symbol of unity. The main effort behind this is that the Hindu community comes together in unity. Around 3.5 to 4 lakh people have registered online for it. Everyone has an emotion to do something for Lord Ram. They can come and weave two threads. Pure silk threads and silver zari are being used and the prepared clothes would be worn by Lord Ram.”
