REC’s Lucknow office conducted a plantation drive in collaboration with Awadh Forest Division on the occasion of REC’s 54th Foundation Day. Today, Official Twitter Account of REC Limited tweeted, “On the occasion of REC’s 54th Foundation Day, a plantation drive was conducted by REC’s Lucknow office in collaboration with Awadh Forest Division. The drive consisted of planting 54 plants at Satkhanda, Hussainabad near Clock Tower, Lucknow. The event was attended by officials from the Divisional Commissioner’s office, Divisional Forest Officer, and LDA/Forest Division, along with REC officials. The focus of the drive was on planting Jacaranda and Gulmohar Plants, accompanied by tree guards. This initiative not only contributed to the beautification of the area but also promoted Environmental Sustainability and Awareness.”
