Mumbai: As per the media report Mumbai Police’s crime branch says accused Anuj Thapan arrested in the Salman Khan residence firing case tried to commit suicide in custody. As per the sorurce he went to a toilet attached to the police lock-up at 11 am and tried to die by suicide. He was rushed to the state-run GT Hospital where he was declared dead during the treatment. Anuj Thapan was arrested from Punjab on April 26 in Salman Khan’s house firing case.
