New Delhi: SJVN Limited, a Mini Ratna CPSE intends to engage manpower on Fixed Tenure basis and invites applications from promising & committed individuals who are domiciles of Himachal Pradesh & Uttarakhand.
The company mentioned that the engagement shall be purely temporary & on contract basis for an initial period of 3 years. The contract period can further be extended on yearly basis for 2 more years depending upon the work requirement and performance of the individual.
The engagement will not entitle him/her to claim for any regular employment in SJVN or any relaxation in case of any requirement for any post in SJVN.
The company is currently looking for three Discipline including Electrician, Fitter, Welder
TENTATIVE VACANCIES & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Discipline
1. Electrician- Field Electrician
Proposed no. of posts: 40
2. Fitter-Field Fitter
Proposed no. of posts: 18
3. Welder-Field Welder
Proposed no. of posts: 12
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 30 Years as on closing date of advertisement.
For the posts advertised for HP Projects/Offices, only domiciles of Himachal Pradesh state will be considered whereas for the posts advertised for UK/NMHEP Projects/Offices, only domiciles of Uttarakhand state will be considered.
Candidates who have been engaged in SJVN from HIMPESCO, UPNL on contract basis will be allowed age relaxations to the extent of period he/she worked in SJVN. However, maximum age for engagement on Fixed tenure basis will be 55 years.
