As per media reports the bail plea of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s PA Vibhav Kumar in the case of alleged assault with Swati Maliwal has been rejected. He had filed a petition in Tis Hazari Court but Additional Sessions Judge Sushil Anuj Tyagi refused to grant him relief.
As per the reports Vibhav Kumar is accused of attacking Swati Maliwal at the Chief Minister’s residence in Delhi on May 13. He was arrested by Delhi Police after his anticipatory bail plea was rejected by a Delhi court. Following a court order, he was sent to four-day judicial custody on May 24. He will remain in judicial custody till May 28. Delhi CM Kejriwal’s PM Vibhav Kumar was earlier sent to police custody for five days.
