An exclusive talk with NDTV, today Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said “I have lived experience of what the DMK is talking about now. The anti-hindu, anti-sanatan, anti-caste is a pronounced policy of the DMK and they execute it relentlessly. What the minister, who has sworn by the Constitution, has spoken is a complete non-compliance. The minister who was supposed to guard Hindu religious and charitable endowments is seated on the desk, he doesn’t blink an eye.”
Here, FM Sitharaman said “There is no voice from the I.N.D.I. Alliance which is condemning the remark against the Sanatan Dharma. Congress ministers, party president, and other members of the I.N.D.I. Alliance are also saying this in different words. No one will be wrong to infer and to conclude that this I.N.D.I. Alliance is against Sanatan Dharma, against Hindus.”
She also said “PM Modi ensured that infrastructure projects are not just laid foundation for, but within his term we are also inaugurating them. The speed with which we have executed the infrastructural projects has made a big transformational change for India.”
