According to media sources, on Wednesday U.S. President Joe Biden signed a bill that could ban tik tok after the U.S. Senate voted largely in favour of it , along with foreign aid to strategic American allies. Bill is about forcing TikTok’s Chinese parent ByteDance to divest ownership of the app in the next nine months or it could face ban. It could if extend by another three months if required.
