UPSC Enters 100th Year of Service, Launches Centenary Celebrations

According to media sources, Union Public Service Commission, UPSC has entered its 100th year of service. Marking the 99th Foundation Day, UPSC Chairman Ajay Kumar addressed former chairpersons, commission members, officers, staff, and guests. Mr Kumar described the occasion as a time to celebrate UPSC’s long journey and to reaffirm its constitutional responsibilities.The Chairman stated that the Commission has played a vital role in shaping India’s administrative system by selecting individuals of competence and commitment. As part of its centenary celebrations, UPSC is launching year-long initiatives, including a special Centenary Logo and tagline designed to symbolize its 100 years of service to the nation. In addition, a new portal My UPSC Interview: From Dream to Reality has been launched to further support aspirants. Established in 1926, the Commission has been central to civil services recruitment in India.
