Delhi: R.K. Agrawal CMD, WAPCOS & NPCC said to his Collegaues on New Financial Year 2024-2025 that “I am delighted to share that both WAPCOS & NPCC have achieved desired results on the closing day of FY2023-24. I sincerely appreciate the immense contribution of all officers & staff for their untiring efforts, without which these results would not have been possible.”
He has also said “This year our focus was on efficient execution of projects with greater degree of cost and resource management. We have also recalibrated our spectrum of services as per the emerging business scenario on continous basis during the year. Inspite of various challenges and disruptions across the world in recent times, we have been able to make significant breakthrough in securing businesses in various new countries. While we extend our footprints in new countries our neibhoring markets were our priority and will remain so in coming years. I wish to share that WAPCOS received global recognition around the world and we have been ranked top amongst global consulting firms under ADB financed projects. As we operate in higly competitive and dynamic business environment, therefore, I request each one of you to re-energise to take on new challenges as a team in future. I have complete trust in the capability of our teams that they are best in their respective domains and can contribute to the growth of the company in their own way. I also want to affirm that your growth and well being are my priority and will continue to be my priority.”
In the end Mr. Agrawal convey his message that “As we begin our journey of new Financial year 2024-25, we intend to increase Technology-enabled methodologies, to conduct a systematic, cross-functional review of our operational models across our operations. Constructive suggestions for the growth of the company from employees are vital for the company and we value them.
